Designed for Swiftwater & Flood Rescue Technicians who may be required to undertake rescues from vehicles in water. The workshop looks at vehicle behaviour and stabilisation in the water as well as access techniques and casualty extrication. Based at TBIWWC in the North East this course uses a purpose-designed in-water training vehicle in a dedicated channel.

- Theory of in-water vehicle behaviour and hazard assessment
- Hands on practical exercises using in-water training vehicle including:
- Vehicle stabilisation
- Access techniques
- Casualty extrication techniques

Current Rescue 3 SRT certification or alternative Defra Module 3 compliant certification
